Complete Removal
Material broken, loaded, and hauled off. No buried debris waiting under your next surface.
Clean, complete removal of old concrete and asphalt, leaving a site that is actually ready for what comes next.
Some surfaces are past saving: a slab heaved by roots, a driveway cracked through to the base, pavement that has failed everywhere at once. Tear out work is the honest answer, and doing it well matters more than it looks. Breaking, loading, and hauling concrete is heavy work around structures, utilities, and landscaping you want untouched.
CDT Contracting Group removes slabs, driveways, patios, sidewalks, and pavement across DeSoto County. We break the material, haul it off the site, and leave a graded area that is genuinely ready for the next phase, whether that next phase is ours or not.
Whatever gets built next inherits the site the tear out leaves behind.
Buried chunks of old slab create soft spots under new work; a site left ungraded holds water exactly where the new pour was planned. A tear out done properly removes the material completely and leaves compacted, workable ground.
There is also the part nobody sees in a quote: care. Demolition equipment near a garage wall, a gas meter, or an irrigation line calls for a crew that treats your property like they will be back on it, because we usually are. Most of our tear outs become our next pour on the same site.
Material broken, loaded, and hauled off. No buried debris waiting under your next surface.
Structures, utilities, and landscaping protected while the heavy work happens.
The site is left graded and workable, and we can quote the replacement in the same visit.
We handle this work throughout DeSoto County from our base in Horn Lake, and we take on select projects farther out in the Southeast. If you are outside the county, call and ask about your location.
